I have a moto g (2nd gen) and when i turn it on e.g. after it crashes, it gets stuck. it goes through the motorola loading screen with the stitching animation but whe my lock screen should appear a white pop up appears infront of a black screen saying, "android is starting: optimising app 1 of 1" where it gets stuck..
