I recently factory reset my htc one m8 and now when i power on it hangs on the logo screen. i cant power the phone off unless i do a hard reset using vol+ and power. sometimes after this process the phone loads past the logo screen to android is starting, optimizing app. after optimizing apps it hangs on android is starting, starting apps.. Pleaaaase i need help !my htc one m8 is not rooted and almost new i've never made any modifications. i had a problem during my update to marshmallow and the phone won't star...it's stuck at the black screen with "android is starting... starting apps" and it stay there for hours.. I cant power it off with the power. sometimes with a hard reset using vol+ and power it loads past the logo screen to android is starting, optimizing app, it runs through then hangs at starting apps..
