By default, android apps install to your phone’s internal storage, which can be quite small. if you have an sd card, you can set it as the default install location for some apps–thus freeing up space for more apps than you would have otherwise been able to install.. Before, to move apps to the external sd card, we use apps like apps2sd, but that doesn’t really work at all.it doesn’t really move the apps to the external memory and it can’t move most of the apps installed in your phone.. How do i set default download location to external sd card on my samsung galaxy tab s. i have no feature on the tablet to do this. i would like to also transfer my downloads to free space on my tablet..
Nearly all smartphones with android operating system can download a variety of applications from various sources. while the android market is a default application on your phone, you may not have internet access on your device when you want to install an application.. From ljmobile: move app in the easiest way? feature. move apps to sd card. move apps to phone internal storage. sort app by movable, name, size and time. user can custom [install time] [package name] [apk path] to show in list.. I thought the same - but in fact when you use stock functions of android 2.3.3 to move an app to the sd card, it is in fact moving the app to the external sd card under a hidden folder within .android_secure..
